1. Acceptance
By installing or using QiFlux, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please uninstall — there is no online account to delete.
2. What QiFlux is — and isn't
QiFlux is a personal cycle and wellbeing tracker. It is not a medical device. The "How am I today?" check, the cycle predictions, and the optional Asia culture pack are informational. They do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
If something feels wrong with your body, please see a clinician. We are not one.
3. Your account
QiFlux works without an account. If you choose to sign in (with Apple or Google), you authorize us to receive an opaque user ID for subscription validation only. See Privacy for the full breakdown.
4. Free tier
The free tier is permanent and includes:
- Cycle logging, calendar, basic Trends
- 1 AI 點 per day for the "How am I today?" check
- Up to 5 rewarded ads / day to earn additional 點數 (1 ad = 1 點)
- 80 static cultural cards as fallback when 點數 are out
5. Premium subscription
Premium is sold via Apple StoreKit (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android), at the prices listed in the app at the time of purchase. Current prices:

Premium includes 300 AI 點 / month, full 12-month Trends, 體質 analysis, Apple Watch / Wear OS surfaces, the full Asia culture pack, and zero ads.
6. 30-day trial
The first time you start a Premium plan, you get a 30-day free trial. The first charge happens 30 days after the trial begins, in your local currency, on a date the app shows you in bold before you confirm.
You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged. The "next charge in N days" countdown is always visible in Settings → Subscription.
7. Cancellation & refunds
Cancel any time. Settings → Subscription → "Manage subscription" deep-links straight to the OS native subscription page (Apple ID Subscriptions, Google Play Subscriptions). We never put a cancel flow inside our own UI.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies — we do not have access to refund infrastructure ourselves.
8. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the app to remove the paywall. Don't share scraped cultural-pack content. Don't try to extract another person's data — there is none on our servers, but please don't try.
9. Intellectual property
The QiFlux name, logo, app design, and cultural-pack content are © 2026 QiFlux. The 80 static cultural cards include excerpts cited per WHO ICD-11 TM2 and traditional medicine sources, marked individually in the app.
10. Disclaimers
QiFlux is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Cycle predictions use simple statistical methods and are estimates only. The AI check is a generative model — it may be inaccurate, and the disclaimer banner at the top of every "How am I today?" surface says so.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of QiFlux is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Taipei City. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or US, you retain the consumer-protection rights of your home jurisdiction.
13. Changes & contact
We may change these terms. If we do, the app shows a full-screen notice on next launch and the change takes effect after you tap "Got it". Material changes that reduce your rights require explicit re-acceptance.
